Olympic Club Brewery
Established: January 1997
2012 Brewery Production: 7 batches • 74 kegs • 9,176 pints
The Olympic Club Brewery in Centralia, Washington, opened in 1997 as part of McMenamins' renovation of this notorious and storied gentleman's resort.
During Prohibition, this place was the palace of Centralia's King of the Bootleggers. Today, with the same renegade soul and minus the firearms and brass knuckles, the Oly Club's Brewery under the steady hand of Kyle Jungck produces microbrews in small batches.
Craft beer connoisseurs converge here in the Spring for the annual Olympic Club Brewfest, a regionally focused collection of micros presented in a casual, fun setting.
