Black Widow Porter
Each deep-black goblet of Black Widow is packed full of the robust notes afforded by generous amounts of black and roast malts and further spirited with ethereal wisps of caramel and licorice. Both substantial and sublime, this elixir is sure to slake the most fiendish of thirsts. Open up a creaking pub door, find a seat with friends and family and nourish your inner ghoul with a brew steeped in tradition and mystery. A good howl at the Cheshire moon couldn’t hurt either.

After Effect IPA
This IPA pours a bright orange. Aromas of grapefruit and orange zest intermingle with a subtle pine flavored bitterness. This beer was heavily dry-hopped after primary fermentation for a blast of hop flavor and aroma. A very drinkable IPA.

Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home.

Fade To Plaid
This Scottish Wee-Heavy ale pours smooth as silk. ESB pale malt and Scottish floor malted golden promise make up the base for this beer. A small amount of light peated malt gives a subtle smoke flavor which compliments the caramel malt sweetness. A small infusion of American oak chips soaked in coffee and whiskey adds a to the complex malty profile.

These Moments IRA
This beer was hand crafted and flame boiled for your drinking pleasure. A bready malt profile is the backbone of this beer. Perle hops provide a spicy bitterness and flavor while Centennial and Citra hops give off a citrus hop aroma. This beer was heavily dry hopped for an extra hop kick.

Unicorn Tears Hefeweizen
This magical elixir pours a deep orange with a fluffy head that lasts. Place the glass to your nose and notice the floral, peppery hop presence that can only be given off by the finest santiamand crystal hops. Faint wisps of wheat flood the senses before tasting the enchanted liquid. The floral hop bitterness fades into earthy wheat presence after every gulp. Extend your lifespan a few years with a pint of Unicorn Tears.

Roggenbier (German Rye Beer)
Roggenbier is a medieval ale usually made from a grain bill of about half barley malt and equal portions of wheat and rye malts. This beer is mildly hopped, which allows for the rye portion of the grain bill to dominate the palate. You will notice a cloudy haze which the Germans call naturtrüb as this beer style was popular before modern filtration practices were implemented.

Smooth Sailin’ French Saison
This Saison is brewed with all French malt and European style hops. Special aromatics gives off a fragrant malt profile which mingles with Crystal, Golding, and Sterling hops. The true gem of this beer is the French yeast strain, which produces fruity, spicy esters that makes this beer perfect for summertime.

Toasted Pecan Holiday Ale
Brewed to celebrate the holiday season, this golden ale has aromas of toasted oats, pecans, vanilla, and cinnamon. Rolled oats were toasted at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until they smelled of fresh oatmeal cookies. They were added to the mash along with lightly kilned malt. A small hopping schedule compliments the addition of cinnamon sticks and toasted pecans to the kettle at flame off.

This rich, chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Its signature cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. A true northwest amber.

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity.
