Jam Session ISA
Spring is in full bloom and its song plays the soundtrack to a beautiful season. Wanting to add our instrument to the collaboration, the McMenamins brewers were inspired to produce Jam Session ISA, a light and easy drinking beer that embodies the spirit of spring as it fades into summer. Being an India style, expect our quartet of hops to be the front man of this band, providing strong riffs of floral and pine and a beat of citrus. A majority of the hops is added in late additions, which provides full flavors and aromas without the bittering astringency. Whether you’re a hard-rockin’ IPA drinker or a classical golden ale drinker, you’ll find the essence and song of the season in every pint. Enjoy a Jam Session ISA and turn the volume of your day up to 11. A one, a two, a one, two, three, Cheers!

Gleeful Goat Porter
It’s a little known fact that all the spent grain from the Old Church Brewery gets recycled as goat feed. Thus when a big malty Porter such as this one gets brewed the left overs make a special treat for our furry friends. This porter is packed with seven different specialty malts to add a generous amount of color and depth. A modest hop presence balances the beer without over powering it. Expect notes of caramel, coffee, chocolate, and a hint of spice in this complex full-bodied porter.

Black Forest Alt
“Alt” is the German word for “old” and it is a reference to the traditional ales of Germany before the advent of lager brewing. By fermenting the beer at a lower temperature than standard ales, this beer has a cleaner taste and smoother mouth-feel. Traditional German malts ensure a delicious roasted malty flavor upfront while large hop additions give way to a pronounced but pleasant bitterness. All this combined with a subtle European hop aroma gives this deep amber ale a wonderful balance and complexity.
Malts: German Pilsner, German Munich, Carapils, Chocolate Malt, Black Malt.
Hops: Tettnanger, Perle, Ultra
OG: 1.054 TG: 1.007 ABV: 6.06% IBU: 60 SRM: 15

Munich and caramel amber malts add color and balance to the beer while letting the hops shine. Brewed just in time for spring!

Edgefield Hard Cider
The Edgefield Winery has been producing hard cider since 1992. Relying on the bounty that the Columbia Gorge offers us, we work with a local cider house that sources apples from cold storage to obtain fresh pressed apple juice throughout the year. The apples pressed off for our cider are primarily a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity) and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness).
Edgefield Perry Hard Cider
This newest release is a true perry – fermented pears, with a little fresh pear juice added back to the dry product to balance sweetness and acidity levels. Enjoy!
