Reverse Order ISA
Who says you have to do things a particular way?! Sometimes the unconventional just feels right, just like this crisp and refreshing India Session Ale. Brewed by special request for Wilsonville Old Church head manager Emily Corley’s upcoming wedding, this beer is loaded with the happy couples favorite hop flavors in mind. While not a true beer style, India session ales wed the light approachability of golden ales with the hoppiness of an IPA. Aromas of freshly grated citrus dance with the smooth maltiness of Northwest pilsner malt in this aromatic and approachable beer. Even the most conservative beer drinker can’t turn up their nose to this beautiful union of beer styles. So grab a pint and let’s all wish both Emily and Josh the best in their new life together! Cheers!

On Nitro Tap:
Surly Leprechaun Dry Stout
This You might be wondering what acid malt is doing in a stout? It’s a little known fact that traditional dry stouts such as Guinness are blended with a small portion of soured stout, around 3%. This helps to give the beer a dryer finish and added complexity. Acid malt allows for a similar affect without the difficulties associated with microbe souring. For even greater authenticity brewing salts were carefully added to match the brewing water of Dublin Ireland, a city world renowned for its dark beers. Surly Leprechaun is light and dry, with prominent notes of roasted coffee and toasted bread throughout. Each sip gives way to a clean finish and mild lingering malt character. If you can’t find the leprechauns gold, you can at least drink his beer.
Malt: Premium Two Row, Flaked Barley, Roasted Barley, Acidulated Malt
Hops: Chinook Water: Dublin Ireland
OG: 1.052  TG: 1.012  ABV: 5.16%  IBU: 28  SRM: 30

Prime Meridian IPA
Demand for craft beer has driven hop growers to develop new and interesting hop breeds. Meridian hops are one such breed recently cultivated and released onto the market. Meridians are wonderfully versatile hop showcasing aromas of zested tangerines, sweet lemon, and cool mint. For this IPA Meridian hops were used exclusively for late kettle additions and dry hopping to best preserve their unique flavors and aromas. Experience something new with Prime Meridian IPA!
Malts: Premium Two Row, Munich Malt, Crystal 75
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Meridian
OG: 1.059  TG: 1.008  ABV: 6.58%  IBU: 70  SRM: 7

Amber Waves Wheat
Unlike many American wheat beers; Amber Waves displays a prominent Northwest hop aroma and a gentle touch of bitterness. Aromas of citrus and straw swirl above its dense creamy head. The addition of Red wheat to the grist adds a spicy earthy character to the beer resulting in greater complexity and layering. While hoppier than a standard wheat beer, Amber Waves exhibits suburb balance and drinkability. This beer is ideal for those seeking something on the lighter side but who demand more out of their wheat beers.
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Wheat, Red Wheat, Unmalted Wheat
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook
OG: 1.046  TG: 1.006  ABV: 5.16  IBU: 36  SRM: 4

Hop Gremlin DIPA
Feeling a bit feisty? Then grab a pint of the Hop Gremlin and let your devilish side come out to play. This little beastie is packed with notes of grapefruit, tangerines, and the slightest hint of fresh pine. Don’t let the dry finish and smooth mouth feel fool you, this impish delight still clocks in at over eight percent alcohol. Release your inner hop demon with this precociously aromatic double IPA.
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Munich Malt, Crystal 15
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe
OG: 1.075  TG: 1.010  ABV: 8.38  IBU: 100+  SRM: 7

Let the glow of this full bodied beer brighten your palette with notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, caramelized almonds, and fresh dates.
