Lumber-Sexual India Paler Lager
Are you a man’s man? Are you a tough, bearded, and rugged testament to the Northwest and all her untamed beauty? After a long day’s work do you long for a beer with the clean refreshing taste of a quality pilsner and the hoppyiness of a premier NW IPA? Well, look no further my burly friend because we’ve got the perfect thing for you. Dry hopped twice for extra hop aroma, “Lumber-sexual IPL” explodes with hop notes of citrus, tropical fruits, and evergreen. Unlike a standard IPA, the use of lager yeast results in a cleaner tasting beer that really allows the hops to shine through. A mild pilsner malt flavor rounds out this refreshing and crisp craft lager. Each pint is packed with hops while still remaining light in body making this a true session beer. Even if you aren’t a lumberjack, at least you can drink like one!
Malts: German Pilsen Malt, Carapils, Special Aromatic Malt

Purple People Eater Berry Weizen
It might be popular in certain brewing circles to rag on fruit beers, but don’t under-estimate this little monster. “Purple People Eater” has twice the fruit aroma of Ruby or Purple Haze. In fact both raspberries and boysenberries were added to the fermenter for a greater fruit flavor. For additional complexity, this beer was fermented on German hefeweizen yeast resulting in the beer’s unique ester profile. The mild bubblegum sweetness from the yeast blends beautifully with the smooth flavor of ripe berries and fresh cut straw. The use of wheat ensures that the beer will remain light whilemaintaining a creamy mouth-feel. Try a pint, it just might change the way you think about fruit beers!
Malts: Two row, Munich, Wheat Malt, Crystal 15
Hops: Ultra
OG: 1.048  TG: 1.010  ABV: 4.9  IBU: 7  SRM: 5

Reverse Order ISA
Who says you have to do things a particular way?! Sometimes the unconventional just feels right, just like this crisp and refreshing India Session Ale. Brewed by special request for Wilsonville Old Church head manager Emily Corley’s upcoming wedding, this beer is loaded with the happy couples favorite hop flavors in mind. While not a true beer style, India session ales wed the light approachability of golden ales with the hoppiness of an IPA. Aromas of freshly grated citrus dance with the smooth maltiness of Northwest pilsner malt in this aromatic and approachable beer. Even the most conservative beer drinker can’t turn up their nose to this beautiful union of beer styles. So grab a pint and let’s all wish both Emily and Josh the best in their new life together! Cheers!

On Nitro Tap:
Irish Stout
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick’s Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our ‘Nitro’ taps for the entire month of March. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout
with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds.
Malt: Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley
Hops: Nugget, US Golding
OG: 1.045  TG: 1.007  ABV: 4.90%  IBU: 38  SRM: 32

Hop Nova IPA
Constellations of zested grapefruit, fresh cut pine, mandarin orange, and tropical fruit play on your tongue, while a mild malt sweetness serves to balance the smooth bitterness of this Northwest style IPA. Hop Nova’s light body and dry mouth-feel ensure that each pint will quench your thirst without filling you up. Prepare for a trip out of this world with Hop Nova IPA!
Malts:  Two Row, Carmel Munich 40, Dextrapils
Hops: Centennial, Meridian, Mosaic, Simcoe
OG: 1.058  TG: 1.010  ABV: 6.2%  IBU: 70  SRM: 7

Amber Waves Wheat
Unlike many American wheat beers; Amber Waves displays a prominent Northwest hop aroma and a gentle touch of bitterness. Aromas of citrus and straw swirl above its dense creamy head. The addition of Red wheat to the grist adds a spicy earthy character to the beer resulting in greater complexity and layering. While hoppier than a standard wheat beer, Amber Waves exhibits suburb balance and drinkability. This beer is ideal for those seeking something on the lighter side but who demand more out of their wheat beers.
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Wheat, Red Wheat, Unmalted Wheat
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook
OG: 1.046  TG: 1.006  ABV: 5.16  IBU: 36  SRM: 4

Black Sheep Dunkelweizen
Most beer drinkers are familiar with German hefeweizen and its distinctive banana and clove character. What most folks don’t know is that in addition to brewing standard hefeweizen, the Bavarians also brew a darker or “dunkel” version of the beer. Dunkelweizen is fermented with the same yeast as it’s lighter and more popular cousin, but is mashed with darker grains resulting in its deep umber color. This beer is the perfect option for those individuals who prefer malty beers or who are looking to try something new.
Malts: Munich Malt, Wheat, Pale Chocolate, Crystal 75
Hops: Perle, Ultra
OG: 1.052  TG: 1.012  ABV: 5.2  IBU: 15  SRM: 20

Gleeful Goat Porter
It’s a little known fact that all the spent grain from the Old Church Brewery gets recycled as goat feed. Thus, when a big malty porter such as this one gets brewed the left overs make a special treat for our furry friends. This porter is packed with a variety of different specialty malts to add a generous amount of color and depth. A modest hop presence balances the beer without over powering it. Expect notes of caramel, coffee, chocolate, and a hint of spice in this complex full-bodied porter.
Malts: Two Row, Flaked Barley, Crystal 15, Crystal 120, Pale Chocolate, Chocolate, Black
Hops: Perle, Goldings
OG: 1.063  TG: 1.014  ABV: 6.14%  IBU: 30  SRM: 30

Ruby Ale

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
Hops: Vary
Fruit: Raspberries
OG: 1.039  TG: 1.005  ABV: 4.39%

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
Hops: Cascade
OG: 1.056  TG: 1.010  ABV: 5.93%  IBU: 44  SRM: 11

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065  TG: 1.015  ABV: 6.45%  IBU: 30  SRM: 35
