McMenamins Irish Stout (on Nitro tap)
It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long- lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess.
Malts: Pale Ale, Flaked Barley, Brown, Chocolate and Roast
Hops: Nugget and Delta
OG: 1.045 TG: 1.007 ABV: 4.9 IBU: 40 SRM: 34
Purple Nurple Fruit Ale
A blend of equal parts Purple Haze and Berliner Weisse, "Purple Nurple" is the perfect summer beer for folks looking for something crisp, refreshing, and different. Hops are kept to a bare minimum in this brew with balance coming from the acidity of the Berliner Weisse. Expect flavors of boysenberries, strawberries, and fresh cut straw with each sip. An initial bright acidity fades to a lasting medium body finish while remaining crisp and clean.
Malts: Premium Two Row, White Wheat, Unmalted Wheat, Acidulated Malt.
OG: 1.038 TG: 1.008 ABV: 3.80 IBU: 7 SRM: 3
Rye Baby Amber Ale
Don't let the use of rye scare you off from trying this exceptionally refreshing and malty amber ale! Rye adds a distinct spicy malt character along with aromas of toffee, allspice, and caramel to the brew. Hops are present but not dominant, providing balance and backbone. Each sip quenches the palate before fading to a dry finish. This beer is sure to please both the adamant rye enthusiast and the novice beer drinker. Don't be such a cry baby, it's just rye baby!

Simcoe Solo Pale Ale
A relatively newer variety, Simcoe hops have quickly risen to fame due to their wonderful balance of citrus and one aromas, good storage ability, and high alpha acid content. They perform beautifully in a large variety of American craft beers particularly IPAs.

OG: 1.055 TG: 1.008 ABV: 6% IBU: 50 SRM: 5
Mosaic Solo Pale Ale
*On tap exclusively in the Church
This refreshing and flavorful pale ale is hopped exclusively with one of our favorite varieties at the Old Church, mosaic hops. Flavorful and complex, mosaic hops display a pleasant berry aroma along with notes of evergreen, citrus, and a mild floral earthiness. A daughter of Simcoe and a Nugget derived male, Mosaic hops have seen an explosion of use in craft beer. Look for them in just about any hop forward beer, especially IPA's and Pale Ales.

Constellations of zested grapefruit, fresh cut pine, mandarin orange, and tropical fruit play on your tongue, while a mild malt sweetness serves to balance the smooth bitterness of this Northwest style IPA. Hop Nova’s light body and dry mouth-feel ensure that each pint will quench your thirst without filling you up. Prepare for a trip out of this world with Hop Nova IPA!

OG: 1.04 TG: 1.007 ABV: 4.26 IBU: 4 SRM: 3
Amber Waves Wheat
Unlike many American wheat beers; Amber Waves displays a prominent Northwest hop aroma and a gentle touch of bitterness. Aromas of citrus and straw swirl above its dense creamy head. The addition of Red wheat to the grist adds a spicy earthy character to the beer resulting in greater complexity and layering. While hoppier than a standard wheat beer, Amber Waves exhibits suburb balance and drinkability. This beer is ideal for those seeking something on the lighter side but who demand more out of their wheat beers.
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Wheat, Red Wheat, Unmalted Wheat
Hops: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook

Dry-Hopped Sunflower IPA (bottles only)
This extremely limited release is just one more way McMenamins is celebrating Oregon Craft Beer Month. We’ve revamped our classic IPA using some of the newest and most desirable hop varieties available in the Northwest. To get maximum flavor and aromatic contribution from those hops, we’ve jammed a ton of them in at the end of the brewing process and dry-hopped the finished product to create a truly excellent Northwest IPA with huge citrus, pine, and tropical fruit hop character that will satisfy any hophead. To top it all off, we’ve dry-hopped this year’s batch with Bullion hops, which were a staple of the original Sunflower recipe.

It's that time of year, to celebrate harvest and welcome the coming autumn. What better way to do that than with a festive Oktoberfest Lager. The Edgefield Oktoberfest is a traditional style seasonal lager, brewed in honor of the changing seasons.
It pours a beautiful crystal clear copper color with a creamy off-white head. Subtle aromas of sweet bread and toffee greet the senses. The first sip opens up with a crisp clean toffee flavor with a touch of sweetness and a dry subtle spicy citrus aftertaste. A quaffable fall lager to celebrate the annual harvest, Prost!

Thundercone Fresh Hop Ale
Fresh (or wet) Simcoe hops were frantically delivered straight from the hop fields to 20 McMenamins Breweries and each batch of "Thundercone" was brewed within hours of the hops being picked off of the vine. The resulting beer is an absolute fresh hop showcase. This beer starts with a smooth foundation and just a slight maltiness. The real star of this show is the fresh hops used for both flavoring and aroma. Five pounds of fresh Simcoe hops per barrel were added in three different additions in every batch. These fresh hops overwhelm "Thundercone" with an earthy, raw hop decadence that can only come from fresh hops. It is a greener and more unadulterated flavor and aroma than comes from dried hops. This beer is so refreshing and hop-filled that you may think you are dreaming but this beer is in reality a short lived dream come true.
Malts: Superior Pilsen, Caramel Munich 40
Hops: Galena, Cascade, Fresh Simcoe
OG: 1.061 TG: 1.013 ABV: 6.19 IBU: 58 SRM: 7
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
OG: 1.039 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.39%
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Hard Cider & Perry
Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Edgefield Blackberry Cider
*On tap exclusively in the Church
What says "late summer" in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries?? Utilizing two iconic Northwest fruits - apples and blackberries - we have crafted this delicious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry. Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
