Flash Back IPA
Take a trip back in time to 19th century England and to the birth place of IPA. No one knew that this simple aggressively hopped pale ale, designed to survive the long and brutal sea voyage to India, would soon dominate the craft beer scene in America. Brewed from recipes dating to the 1890's, Flash Back IPA pays tribute to these forerunner brews. Unlike its modern cousins with their heavy flavors of citrus and pine, Flash Back IPA wel- comes you with softer floral notes of forest floor, fresh cut grass, and a hint of lavender. Each sip fades to a dry bitter finish thanks in part to the use of water salts to match our local water to the historic Burton on Trent region of Eng- land, the birth place of IPA.

Hard Cider & Perry
Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Edgefield Blackberry Cider
*On tap exclusively in the Church
What says "late summer" in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries?? Utilizing two iconic Northwest fruits - apples and blackberries - we have crafted this delicious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry. Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
