Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

Black Sea Russian Imperial Stout
Black as the darkest night, this stout is rich and chewy and full of flavor. An impressive hop bill gives the beer a noticeable hop presence and also works to balance out the sweetness from 580 pounds of malt. Molasses blends with the dark malts to give depth of flavor and add notes of dark fruits and roasty flavors.

To celebrate the return of Spring properly you need beer. If you’re going to be drinking beer anyway then this should be your choice. This IPA is bursting with hop flavor and aroma without the palate wrecking bitterness. Brewed with two of our rarer and more exotic hops, make sure to get one before it’s gone until next Spring!
ABV: 7.09% IBU: 83 SRM: 5
This golden bitter uses fresh Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a more subtle hop flavor and bitterness than its big brother, Hammerhead. Nebraska Bitter was first brewed at the Fulton Pub & Brewery, located in Southwest Portland. This crisp and flavorful ale has become a standard attraction at McMenamin's taps everywhere.
ABV: 4.7 IBU: 22 SRM: 5
This smooth and crisp ale was brewed to quench that summertime thirst. Kölsch is more than a beer style, it is a word for the German dialect spoken in Cologne, referring to anything having to do with Cologne. With that in mind, we attempted to keep this ale as traditional as possible, even using a Kölsch yeast strain. Sommerzeit Kölsch has a subdued maltiness throughout leading to a pleasantly refreshing tang in the finish. Remember that Kölsch is the only language that one can also drink. Prost! ABV: 4.77 IBU: 24 SRM: 3
Close your eyes and take a sip; what do you taste? With a thick, creamy mouth feel, roasted coffee flavors and hints of chocolate and licorice, we bet you would never guess you were drinking a stout! This beer will have you rethinking your definition of stout. ABV: 5.93% IBU: 38 SRM: 6
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following.
ABV: 5.93% IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
ABV: 6.45% IBU: 30 SRM: 35
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. the original!
