Kris Kringle AleKris Kringle
Just in time for the holidays, the busy-as-elves McMenamins brewers have created another wonderful gift for your taste buds this holiday season. The 2014 version of Kris Kringle is a hearty and robust ale with a big and bold malt complexity as well as an intense and flavorful hop profile. This “winter warmer” highlights the rich, toasty, aromatic and chocolaty malt flavors as its very sturdy foundation. Generous amounts of five different hop varieties were added in five different additions, which delivers a magnificent and massive hop assault. McMenamins brewers hope you enjoy this years’ version of our old Holiday favorite, Kris Kringle. Happy Holidays and a Wonderful New Year!

O’Reyly Pale
This distinctive pale ale has a high level of clean bitterness that is balanced by the nuttiness of crystal malt and spiciness of rye malt. This pale ale has floral aromatic notes from the late addition of Sterling hops.
ABV: 5.55  IBU: 36  SRM: 8

Work Day Wheat
This crisp and refreshing wheat beer is perfect for a cozy fall afternoon! This straw colored ale has a distinct bready flavor characteristic of the German malts used in the mash. Just enough hops were added to the boil to round out this balanced, unfiltered ale.
ABV: 5.68  IBU: 21  SRM: 3

Midway IPA
This distinctive IPA has a high level of clean bitterness that is balanced by the richness of the pale malt and spiciness of rye malt. This IPA has a piney herbal flavor from multiple late hop additions.
ABV: 7.09  IBU: 100  SRM: 9

Dark Vader IPA
Between a hoppy IPA and a robust Porter torn it is. Jedi tricks and fancy lifesavers do it no harm! With a full body, hints of smoke, bold and forceful flavors of hops from front to finish, almost bitter and yet, carrying a certain lingering sweetness to balance. Have a pint and May the Force be with you!  ABV: 7  IBU: 82  SRM: 25

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following.
ABV: 5.93%  IBU: 44  SRM: 11

Terminator
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby Ale

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. the original!

Celebration Ale

Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.

Edgefield Spiced Hard Cider
A subtle addition of winter spices rounds out this years journey into the evolving world of McMenamins seasonal ciders. A harmonious infusion of dried sweet orange peel, whole vanilla beans, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, fresh lemon zest, and a hint of ginger brings a seasonal flair to a base of freshly fermented apple juice.
ABV: 6.5%
