Ales on Tap
Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
Time has slipped by again and we are confronted with a myriad of changes in the season of autumn. It’s the time of year to start savoring the potion of your choice to warm the bones and soothe the soul. And one can’t think of anything better than the McMenamins classic seasonal brew, Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown. This longtime favorite has a chestnut color and medium body that will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!

Blast Furnace Double IPA
It’s cold out there! And it’s only gonna get colder. I suggest you warm up with this high gravity, high octane Double IPA. Copious amounts of Pale and Pearl malts level out the heavy Amarillo hop additions. While the Caramel Munich gives this full bodied, decadent IPA a slightly bready character.

OG: 1.080 TG: 1.015 ABV: 8.39 IBU: 100+ SRM: 9

Just Shy Of A Double IPA (69/70)
This is an IPA bursting with hoppy flavor. Packed of the usual suspects of northwest hops, Simcoe, Chinook, and Centennial, it is crisp and citrusy, with enough balance to drink all day long.

OG: 1.069 TG: 1.010 ABV: 7.61 IBU: 93 SRM: 5
McMenamins Irish Stout
McMenamins Irish Stout is made as traditionally as possi-ble with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess.
Malts: Pale Ale, Flaked Barley, Brown, Chocolate and Roast
Hops: Nugget and Delta
OG: 1.045 TG: 1.007 ABV: 4.90 IBU: 40 SRM: 34
Turf Burner Amber
Some people call it fall, but I’ve always thought of this as football season. Heavy additions of Caramel Munich and Crystal malts give this amber a deep, rich pigskin-esque color, while the ever noble Sterling hops give it a crisp, clean finish. Turf Burner was inspired by the greatest season of the year, and is designed to be the perfect pint whether you like watching the leaves turn and drop from the trees or the Ducks put up out of this world numbers and drop the hammer on whoever is unlucky enough to be playing them on any given weekend.
Malts: GW 2-Row, Vienna, FB Caramel Munich 60, Crystal 75
Hops: Chinook, Sterling
OG: 1.055 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.80 IBU: 39 SRM: 11
Buzz Words: Rich, Fast, Clean
Sparky's Brown Porter
Old Sparky is a much more mellow than most of his Porter brothers and sisters. He prefers blending his complex caramel flavors and traditional English hop steps to showing off huge malt and roast profiles, while maintaining a substantial amount of strength. So if you are in need of a good, easy drinking, old school Porter with a kick, Sparky has just the thing.
Malts: NW Pale, Crystal C-120, Crystal 135/165, Brown, Chocolate
Hops: Galena and Goldings
OG: 1.061 TG: 1.010 ABV: 6.58% IBU: 35 SRM: 24
Buzz words: Brown, Chocolatey
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065 TG: 1.015 ABV: 6.45% IBU: 30 SRM: 35
Buzz Words: Roasty, Black, Coffee
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony be-tween hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
OG: 1.056 TG 1.010 ABV: 5.935% IBU: 44 SRM: 11

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malt: Premium 2-row Malt
OG: 1.039 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.39%
