Day Trip IPA
Hopheads will agree that this is a solid IPA. The beautiful orange color hides a wealth of hop flavor and aroma, the result of five hop additions. After the first taste, one can expect to find hints of orange and other floral tropical fruits. The end result is a quite drinkable and complex IPA

Dry-Hopped Sunflower IPA*

This extremely limited release is just one more way McMenamins is celebrating Oregon Craft Beer Month. We've revamped our classic IPA using some of the newest and most desirable hop varieties available in the Northwest. To get maximum flavor and aromatic contribution from those hops, we've jammed a ton of them in at the end of the brewing process and dry- hopped the finished product to create a truly excellent Northwest IPA with huge citrus, pine, and tropical fruit hop character that will satisfy any hophead. To top it all off, we've dry-hopped this year's batch with Bullion hops, which were a staple of the original Sunflower recipe.

Wiseguy Wheat
This crisp and refreshing wheat beer is perfect for a warm sunny after- noon. Fermented with a Bavarian Yeast strain, this copper hued ale offers hints of banana and clove to accompany the bready flavor of the German wheat and Pilsen malts used in the mash. Just enough hops were added to the boil to round out this balanced, unfiltered ale.

Nitro-Milk Stout
This stout is loaded with roast and chocolate flavors. It’s rich, creamy flavor is perfect for the Nitro tap. The addition of Lactose helps to give this beer a big body and retain a bit of sweetness to balance the dark malts. Enjoy!

Concordia DIPA**
Summer is in the air and what better way to celebrate than Double IPA! Loaded with hoppy flavors and aromas, this DIPA is perfect to kick off the return of summer. Black pepper, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas abound and a light malt flavor rounds it all out. Enjoy!

Copper Moon
Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you’ll taste. The hop flavor and aroma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. There’s a Copper Moon risin’ again this summer across McMenamins, make sure that you check it out.

Devil's Bitter
Struck by the ferocious beauty of the Oregon coast, we set out to brew a drink worthy to be served from Devil’s Punch Bowl. Meet Devil’s Bitter. Shining like sun on sand, this crisp ale has a bright, fresh nose courtesy of a bountiful late addition of Golding hops. The flavor is brisk but balanced, favoring bready complexity over malt sweetness.

Saint Remy Belgian Dubbel**
From the yeast’s humble beginnings in the Notre Dame de Saint Remy monastery, the malt’s magnificent trip across the Atlantic, the hops from Northwest’s finest fields, this beer will take you on a spectacular journey. Rich with notes of caramel and dark fruit and hints of spice, this beer is a delectable treat. A votre sante!

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead’s signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffeelike flavors in every pint!

Hard Cider & Perry

Edgefield Hard Cider
Pale yellow gold in color, Edgefield Hard Cider has aromas of fresh apple, apple skin, & apple spices. Lively on the tongue, fresh apple flavor dominates with hints of pear & honey. Crisp & refreshing, the sweetness in this semi-sweet cider is balanced out by the tartness.
ABV: 6.7%

Edgefield Black Cherry Cider
A hard apple cider enfused or finished with Black Cherry juice. The dark garnet color presents a deep cheery nose followed by a hint of fresh apples, in the mouth the cider has prominent cheery flavors and rounded sweetness..
ABV: 6.5%
