Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown Ale

Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown
Sleepy Hollow Nut Brown’s chestnut color and medium body will cast an otherworldly spell over you. The complex malt character, well balanced with Chinook and US Golding hops, will have you walking in a continual reverie. Legend has it that Ichabod Crane downed a few Nut Brown Ales listening to local ghost tales and scary legends at the Van Tassel merry-making party before his fateful trip home. Be watchful and clear-headed on your way home lest you begin to grow fanciful, see shapes and shadows in the night and hear things in the howling wind. It may just be your imagination running away with you or it very well may be the Headless Horseman on his fire-breathing black stallion following you!

Work Day Wheat

India Brown Ale
An IPA with a twist – this beer has a deep brown color but the hopping rate of an IPA. We cold mashed the dark malts to keep the roast flavors subdued and then combined the two mashes to create what you have before you. Enjoy.

Hops: Centennial, Chinook, Meridian
OG: 1.061  TG: 1.011  ABV: 6.45  IBU: 67

Hibernator Doppel Bock

Nebraska Bitter
This golden bitter uses fresh Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a more subtle hop flavor and bitterness than its big brother, Hammerhead. Nebraska Bitter was first brewed at the Fulton Pub & Brewery, located in Southwest Portland. This crisp and flavorful ale has become a standard attraction at McMenamins taps everywhere.
Malts: Premium Two Row and Crystal 40L
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.043  TG: 1.006  ABV: 4.7  SRM: 5

El Diablo
The evil twin of our Nebraska Bitter! El Diablo started with the same recipe, but got one wicked addition, hot peppers! A combination of jalapeños & habaneros were added to kick the evil up a notch! You’ve been warned!
Malts: Pilsen, Maris Otter, Flaked Barley & Cara-Munich 40
Hops: Centennial & Golding
OG: 1.053  TG: 1.010  ABV: 5.55  IBU: 32  SRM: 4

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead’s signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
Hops: Cascade
OG: 1.056  TG: 1.010  ABV: 5.93  IBU: 44  SRM: 11

Ruby Ale

One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch. Simple but delicious. Taste the original!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
Hops: Vary
Fruit: Raspberries
OG: 1.039  TG: 1.005  ABV: 4.39

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffeelike flavors in every pint!
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, and Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065  TG: 1.015  ABV: 6.45  IBU: 30  SRM: 35

Hard Cider & Perry

Edgefield Hard Cider
Pale yellow gold in color, Edgefield Hard Cider has aromas of fresh apple, apple skin, & apple spices. Lively on the tongue, fresh apple flavor dominates with hints of pear & honey. Crisp & refreshing, the sweetness in this semi-sweet cider is balanced out by the tartness.
ABV: 6.8%

Edgefield Hard Ginger Perry
Freshly pressed Anjou Pears combined with freshly juiced ginger, makes a crisp, refreshing, off-dry pear cider.
ABV: 6.5%
