McMenamins Irish StoutMcMenamins Irish Stout
Irish eyes will be smiling with the arrival of our Saint Patrick’s Day Seasonal that will pour exclusively on our ‘Nitro’ taps for the entire month of March. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds. 
Malts: Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Brown Malt, Chocolate Malt, Roasted Barley 
Hops: Chinook, US Golding 
OG: 1.045  TG: 1.007  ABV: 4.90  IBU: 39  SRM: 32

Wades Choice
This is a so called double IPA. First wort hopped with Nugget hops. Flavored with Centennial and finished with 3 adds of Chinooks. This is a beer for serious hop heads. Needless to say our Fearless Leader picked this beer style. Prost! This batch is dry hopped with 5.5 pounds of Santiam Hop. 
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Pilsner, Midnight Wheat, and Crystal 40L 
Hops: Nugget, Centennial, and Chinook 
OG: 1.072  TG: 1.013  ABV: 7.61  IBU: 99 SRM 8 
Buzz Words: Extremely Bitter, Strong, and Rebellious

Bo Bo’s IPA
(Monroe St • Gary Nance) This is an American Style IPA. The small addition of one specialty malt really let the hop flavors and aroma shine through. The hops give a spicy, floral aroma. Bo Bo was my nickname for my daughter , who is now a beer consumer. WOW how time flies. Cheers

Safeside Wheat
A classic American Wheat ale, not as yeasty as the more common Hefewiezen. A barley to wheat ratio of 60/40 make this beer a challenge to brew. Gluten makes wheat great for baking, however for beer it is a problem in the mash. A truly refreshing beer perfect for springtime when you are dreaming of Baja. 
Malts: 2 Row, Munich, Wheat, and Midnight Wheat. 
Hops: Chinook and Nugget 
OG: 1.039 TG : 1.006 :  ABV: 4.26  IBU: 12  SRM: 7

Czar Lucre
(Monroe St • Gary Nance) This is a Russian Imperial Stout. Originally brewed for the ruling elite of the Russian governments. This brew has a large variety of specialty malts, which give it an incredible malt base. This batch has 10 pounds of hops in it to balance the sweetness of the many types of malt. Drink it like Putin does. Prost 
Malts: Gambrinus Pale, Superior Pilsner, Goldpils Vienna, Rye, Spelt, Oat, C-75L and C-120, Black Barley, Roast, and Midnight Wheat 
Hops: Chinook, U.S. Golding’s, and Brewers Gold

Take A Break Porter
(Monroe St • Gary Nance) Porter by definition is a mildly hopped smooth and flavorful brew. Most of the flavor comes from crystal malts rather than roasted ones. Chocolate malt being the darkest used in most porters. Porter is a style originally made for the railway worker. Take a break and enjoy a pint or two after work or on your vacation. 
Malts: Premium Two-Row, C-120, Victory, Rye 70/80, and Chocolate 
Hops: Chinook, Brewers Gold, and Centennial

A classic Northwest pale ale. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby AleRuby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch.
