The Menace CDA
This Cascadian dark ale is made with a small addition of wheat that is dehusked and then roasted. This gives the dark color with a subtle roast flavor. It is strong, dark, and hoppy. The menace can be a puppy that eats your shoes or they could drive a Subaru. Here is to you CHIP!
Malts: 2-Row, Pilsner, Munich 40L, Midnight Wheat, and Black Prinz
Hops: Chinook, Cascade, and Nugget

Safeside Wheat
A classic American Wheat ale, not as yeasty as the more common Hefewiezen. A barley to wheat ratio of 60/40 make this beer a challenge to brew. Gluten makes wheat great for bread, however for beer it is difficult to not stick the mash. 
Malts: 2 Row, Munich, Wheat, and Roast. 
Hops: Centennial, two adds of Tettnanger

Benny’s Pale Ale
This is an American IPA. The golden color comes from very small additions of specialty malts. The hops lend the spicy and piney aroma. This is the perfect brew for on the way to or returning from Reser Stadium. As you might surmise this beer is named after our fearless mascot Benny. Go Beavs.
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Pilsner, Organic Rolled Oats, Victory, and Black Prinz
Hops: Chinook, Cascade, and Sterling
OG: 1.059  TG: 1.011   ABV: 6.19  IBU: 95  SRM: 6

Wade’s Choice
This is a so-called double IPA. First was hopped with Nugget hops. Flavored with Perle and finished with 3 adds of Chinooks. Dry-hopped with Falconers Flight pellets. This is a beer for serious hop heads. Needless to say our Fearless Leader picked this beer style. Prost!

Reser's Pils
This is a stab at a fine European style of beer. German malts with Munich lager yeast are the foundation of this beer. Fermented for 4 weeks, and then cold stored (“lagered”) for 4 weeks. The longer than usual time produces a beer that is crisp and easy to drink.
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Heidelberg malt, Midnight Wheat, and Crystal 40L 
Hops: Nugget, Perle, and Chinook

Irish Stout (on nitro)
McMenamins Irish Stout is our interpretation of the internationally renowned beer style that originated in Ireland. McMenamins Irish Stout is made as traditionally as possible with our own little twist. It is a very dark, ebony-colored stout with a thick, creamy and long-lasting head. The flavor is a fantastic fusion of coffee-like roasted barley bitterness and semi-sweet chocolate. A moderate hop bitterness balances pleasingly with this hearty backbone, while tiny nitrogen bubbles enhance the sensation on your taste buds with a smooth, silky creaminess. One sip will have your head in the Emerald Isle clouds. A touch of the Irish, the blessings of St. Patrick and a pint of McMenamins Irish Stout to you!

Ballena (Buy-Yeen-Na)
This is a Russian Imperial Stout. Ballena means whale in Spanish. 42 ounce bottles of Pacifico in Baja are called Ballena’s. I consumed several these bottles while watching whales in B.C.S. My wife suggested I name a brew after these magnificent beings. Sounded like a good idea to me. A big beer like an Imperial Stout seemed to fit. Bad roads bring good people was what she said to me.

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.

Ruby Ale

Ruby
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch.

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
ABV: 6.8%

Pomegranate Cider
Our pomegranate cider is crafted with those unexpectedly gorgeous winter sunny days and the warming weather in mind. The tartness of the pomegranate is balanced with the crispness and sweetness of the apple, making for a refreshing quaff rain or shine.
