Ale & Cider on Tap
Enjoy a pint of McMenamins' finest!
Beer available to go at all McMenamins locations.
This golden hued ale uses Cascade hops in modest amounts to create a subtle flavor and bitterness. It is named after SW Nebraska Street, the street that the Fulton Pub and Brewery is located, and where it was first brewed.
Malt: Premium Two Row, Crystal 40L
OG: 1.044 TG: 1.009 ABV: 4.52 IBU: 20 SRM: 4
This Porter is a kinder gentler beer than the more aggressive Terminator Stout. The Midnight Wheat malt is dehusked before it is roasted. This removes the astringent bitterness, and leaves in the dark color and sweet flavor. I named this brew after a good friend of 35 years. Porter is his favorite beer, so cheers Glenn.
Malts: Pale Malt, Pale, Flaked Barley, C-120, C-135/165, Victory, Chocolate, and Black Prinz
Hops: Chinook and Golding
OG: 1.054 TG: 1.015 ABV: 5.03 IBU: 29 SRM: 32
Must Be IPA
This is an American style IPA. With a hint of dark malt for color and generous amounts of hops. This style originally was made for the long voyages to supply the troops in all corners of the British Empire. I hope this makes your journey more enjoyable.
Malts: Pale, Vienna, Wheat, C-15, Black Prinz
Hops: Columbus, Santiam, and Chinook
OG: 1.059 TG: 1.010 ABV: 6.30 IBU: 75 SRM: 8
This is an Octoberfest beer made with German Kolsch yeast. One third of the grain bill was made up of Vienna and Munich malts. The Victory malt lends a light toasted note. Although 6% abv this is a beer meant to be very quaffable. Please raise a glass and toast this harvest season. PROST!
Malts: Pilsner, Vienna, Munich, Victory, and Black Prinz
OG: 1.060 TG: 1.014 ABV: 5.90 IBU: 23 SRM: 11
A classic American Wheat ale, not as yeasty as the more common Hefewiezen. A barley to wheat ratio of 60/40 make this beer a challenge to brew. Gluten makes wheat great for bread, however for beer it is difficult to not stick the mash.
Malts: 2 Row, Munich, Wheat, and Roast.
Hops: Centennial, two adds of Tettnanger
OG: 1.040 TG : 1.007 : ABV: 4.15 IBU: 12 SRM: 7
Buzz Words: Refreshing, golden, malty
Thundercone Fresh Hop Ale
Fresh (or wet) Simcoe hops were frantically delivered straight from the hop fields to 20 McMenamins Breweries and each batch of "Thundercone" was brewed within hours of the hops being picked off of the vine. The resulting beer is an absolute fresh hop showcase. This beer starts with a smooth foundation and just a slight maltiness. The real star of this show is the fresh hops used for both flavoring and aroma. Five pounds of fresh Simcoe hops per barrel were added in three different additions in every batch. These fresh hops overwhelm "Thundercone" with an earthy, raw hop decadence that can only come from fresh hops. It is a greener and more unadulterated flavor and aroma than comes from dried hops.
Malts: Superior Pilsen, Caramel Munich 40
Hops: Galena, Cascade, Fresh Simcoe
OG: 1.061 TG: 1.013 ABV: 6.19 IBU: 58 SRM: 7
This is a so-called double IPA. First was hopped with Nugget hops. Flavored with Perle and finished with 3 adds of Chinooks. Dry-hopped with Falconers Flight pellets. This is a beer for serious hop heads. Needless to say our Fearless Leader picked this beer style. Prost!
Malts: Premium Two-Row, Heidelberg malt, Midnight Wheat, and Crystal 40L
Hops: Nugget, Perle, and Chinook
OG: 1.077 TG: 1.015 ABV: 8.00 IBU: 100+ SRM: 8
Buzz Words: Extremely Bitter, Strong, and Rebellious
A classic Northwest pale ale. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt and 75L Crystal Malt
OG: 1.056 TG: 1.010 ABV: 5.93 IBU: 44 SRM: 11
Buzz Words: Hoppy, Amber, Caramel
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert, Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted, chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling ales year after year.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt, Munich Malt, 40L Crystal, Black Barley
Hops: Chinook and Cascade
OG: 1.065 TG: 1.015 ABV: 6.45 IBU: 30 SRM: 35
Buzz Words: Roasty, Black, Coffee
One of our most popular standards, we still make Ruby with the same aims we had when brewing the first batch back in March 1986: To create an ale light, crisp and refreshingly fruity. Great Western Premium 2-row and 42 pounds of Oregon-grown and processed raspberry puree is used to craft every colorful batch.
Malts: Premium 2-row Malt
OG: 1.039 TG: 1.005 ABV: 4.39 IBU: 5 SRM: 3

Hard Cider & Perry
What says "late summer" in the Pacific Northwest more than the scrumptious taste of wild blackberries?? Utilizing two iconic Northwest fruits - apples and blackberries - we have crafted this delicious new seasonal cider bringing together the crisp bite of the apple with the overt fruitiness of the blackberry. Dark garnet in color, the aromas of fresh blackberries burst from the glass. The slightly tannic and tart blackberry component is balanced out by a small amount of residual sugar, while the fermented apple rounds out the mid-palate and finish.
Edgefield Hard Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
