Brewer’s Blend Coffee Pale (on Nitro tap)
The relationship between the brewer and coffee is intertwined like you would never believe. Every day we brewers walk up to the Edgefield manor, as a crew, for our morning cup of Joe. Oftentimes chuckling, we walk back to the brewery to begin our days work. We simply couldn't do our job without the fine beans roasted by our coffee roasters. This beer is a tribute to the fine folks in the coffee department who help keep the brewers going. Mildly hopped and infused with our cold coffee extract for a smooth coffee flavor, this beer will be sure to please.
Malts: 2-Row, Golden Promise, Rolled Oats, Victory, Crystal Malt II, Smoked Malt.
Hops: Santiam, Golding.
Adjuncts: McMenamins Cold Coffee Extract.

This Baltic Porter is a big and bold beer to behold. A light black or dark brown hue gives this drink a not too intimidating start. Bring on the complex and malty flavors! Some roast and chocolate flavors dominate the upfront portion of you sip. Meld with a low hop profile that really is there to help the overall malt impression. Slight alcohol warmth at the end rounds out this chewy and flavorful beer! A definite try for dark beer lovers!!

Miami Weisse Pineapple Berliner Weisse
Brewed with over thirty gallons of pineapple juice and almost forty pounds of crushed pineapple, Miami Weisse is a light, sour traditional German wheat beer with a South Beach twist of pineapple that makes it the perfect warm weather thirst slayer.

Copper Moon has a bit more malt quality and hop character than most other summer seasonals, giving rise to a refreshing, flavorful beer style that we like to identify as a Summer Pale Ale. A flavorsome yet summery smooth sweetness is the first thing you'll taste. The hop flavor and aro- ma intermingle delightfully to generate a dazzling citrusy, floral and slightly spicy olfactory experience. For the malt lover; we let the hops take a backseat ride for this wheat beer. Brewed with a massive amount of wheat for a nice bready character add a heavy dose of crystal malts for a subtle caramel sweetness. Voila, Backseat Wheat is born. A small amount of hops provide a mellow bitterness to compliment the sweetness of the malt.

Antwerp Slurp Belgian IPA
This is the first in a series of small batch, experimental brews from the Edgefield. We isolated a small amount of our After Hours IPA and fermented it with a Belgian Leuven yeast strain. Esters of bubblegum, fruit, and spice from the yeast mingle with the lemon notes from the Meridian hops. Only four kegs of this bad boy were produced so drink it now while it lasts.

The latest installment in our double IPA series is a true west coast double IPA. Hops were incorporated in every step of the brewing process from mash to keg. Nuggets were used for bittering and provide a smooth, mellow bitterness. Chinooks, Centennial and Santiam's were added during the boil to deliver a piney and citrusy burst of hop flavor. Then Tettnanger hops were added late in the boil to give a nice noble hop aroma. Finally, a mighty dose of Centennial hops were added during the end of fermentation for a blast of hop aroma. Cheers!

A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead's signature Cascade hop nose and intense hop flavor blend nicely with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a vocal following, to run out is an unforgivable sin.

Edgefield Hard Apple Cider
Locally grown apples are juiced and fermented into a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider.
Seasonal Black Cherry Cider
The apples pressed off for fermentation were a blend of Red Delicious, Golden Delicious (added for color), Granny Smith (for acidity), and Fuji, Galas, and Honey Crisp (to increase sweetness). The fermented hard cider is then infused or finished with Black Cherry juice.
